Order Approval Process

For products that do not have a live preview (as they are created by our talented designers), we will send the artwork for your review and approval before printing. This ensures that you have full confidence in the final product.

What If My Product Is Faulty or Incorrect?

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

What If I Am Not Happy With My Product?

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please reach out to us. While we cannot offer refunds, we are dedicated to working with you to find a satisfactory resolution. This may include minor adjustments to the artwork or a reprint in certain cases.

Can I Cancel My Order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund. After this period, our designers may have already started creating your custom artwork, and cancellations will be subject to our discretion. If your artwork has already been created, a small fee may be applied to cover the design work.

Quality Disclaimer

We rely on the photos you upload when placing your order. To ensure the best results, please submit a high quality clear photo. If a low-quality image is submitted, the final product may not meet your expectations. While we can make small adjustments (such as removing red-eye or adjusting brightness), we cannot drastically alter photos (such as changing expressions or poses).
